Ken Blair is dedicated to developing a comprehensive school counseling program. He initiated an 8th grade 5 year planning meeting with every 8th grade student and their parent. Ken was also instrumental in formulating a survey to assess the effectiveness of the meetings. Ken has been an invaluable member of the counseling team helping the group stay on task during their work on the comprehensive program. He is also dedicated to helping adolescents with their academic, social and emotional difficulties. Ken is a patient and understanding counselor able to deal with all types of students and their concerns.

Ken Blair enjoys playing basketball, golf and tennis. Volunteer coach for basketball. Also enjoys bike riding and spending time in the Adirondacks.
